I went to wal-mart and got a G.E. single blender, it has 7 containers with covers. You just put your protein mix and milk in, blend and your ready to go.

My Dr office is 24/7 at no extra cost. Same with nutritianist.

yea but the powder sometimes seems to clump. when you mix these up you just flip the cup over screw the cover on and pack them in your lunch pale. By the way if anyone is drinking the protein fusion drinks the cinnamon bun one is great.

I get banded the 10th of March I started my diet 24 th I have to do a two week liver reduction diet. Keep in touch hope all goes well with your surgery.

I have been drinking the sugar Free carnation breakfast and special k breakfast drinks regular oatmeal and sugar free pudding and broth so far so good. -

my surgeon does to i was heading toward the realize band then i went with the lap band don't really know why, both are about the same except the port i guess. -

My Dr had do the liver reduction diet . I just drank special k drinks and had a salad for lunch and lost 10 lbs in 10 days -
My boyfriend doesn't want me to have any surgery he's not for it or against it. My sister is the only other person I told. I'm doing this for me and that's all that matters. Maybe in selfish but oh well!
