Thank you for your words of encouragement. I tried a slimfast shake and it worked wonders. I noticed it had the same protein count as the Special K and I was able to purchase 6 for the same cost as 4. I am heading to the store today to look at other brands and hope this will keep me focused. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond to me and I hope we keep in touch with each others journeys.
