Not a huge loss since the last time I've updated. Things have def slowed down! Just wanted to do an update because I am out of the 200's!!! Yipee!!

Thanks girl! Luckly I have an AMAZING hubby that is so supportive and I know he will be a big help to keep me focused and positive. My biggest fear is getting too discouraged oh yeah and needles. I have a SERIOUS fear of needles lol. I got a shot in my foot about a year ago and the doc gave me two valum to take haha. I am very excited and getting over the "nervous" and all the "what if" questions.

Girl wow 73 lbs in 4 months! That is awesome!!! What have you done to loose so much! I have my first appointment next Monday to get the ball rolling so I am just trying to get as much info as possible! Great Job!!!

Wow I'm so glad I read this post! I am considering the Lapband. I actually have my first apt next week. I was a little nervous about types of food that you can/can't eat. There are so many wonder ideas posted here! Thanks for everyone that shared!! -
