  1. it's pretty much all genetics and how long you've been overweight... there really is no 'skin' exercise.

  3. talk to your OB. what you two decide should prevail.
  4. stretch marks generally do not just 'go away', but you are young. they may fade. good luck.
  5. try a Protein shake, get that metabolism going. if you dont want that, even a glass of milk will get you something. i normally couldnt do solids in the morning anyway. sip on a shake when you get to work or something. good luck

  19. hi, welcome to LBT. i know what you mean about being withdrawn. i didnt want to do ANYTHING. i would have my husband do everything. except when i went grocery shopping... i always managed to go there and get crap to eat. i am now down about 160 pounds and have a ways to go still, but i am just about 12 weeks pregnant, so it's on hold for now. :thumbup: the lap band not only changed my life, i truly believed it saved my life. the way i was going, i'd probably be about 450 by now. best of luck to you.
