  1. BBK, it was an accident. i'm so sorry.. :smile2:
  2. holy crap BBK. the difference is just astounding. you look soooooooooooo amazing!
  3. i strongly advise against progressing on your own. if you are having problems sticking to the liquids only, call your surgeon and see if they can suggest anything. the post op diet is there to ensure your sutures heal properly and your band 'anchors' into place.
  4. i'm not a guy (sorry), but i know ousooner had PS. he looks GREAT!!!
  5. all my PG tests lately have been a big fat positive  i remember after my surgery, my periods were kinda wonky (started the day of surgery), but no sore bbs or anything. is it possible you are pregnant? maybe its just too early for a home test ???
  6. hi avasmommy. first off - congrats on your pregnancy!! second - it should really be you and your OB's decision about your fill level. can you call and talk to your surgeon??
  7. well... i guess not, but if anything was to happen to my band, i'd probably sleeve. with or without feathers? feathers are icky and scratch my throat.
  8. ohhh... me too.. its the cool thing to do now...
  9. awww... guys, thanks... i have my appointment Monday and to be honest, if she gives me so much grief, i will find a new OB. she wasnt happy to see me pregnant in the first place... there are a few other doc's in that office that i could possibly go see...
  10. i love posting just to post...
  11. ok ... i still had a minimum of 50 pounds to lose to even be at a weight i can live with... my first appointment, my OB suggested i maintain while pregnant... at first i seriously thought no problem!! but now that the morning/all day sickness has pretty much subsided, i'm famished all.the.time.... and i've gained about 3-4 pounds... i can just imagine her freaking out on me my next appointment (next Monday) cause i gained... i know i'm not supposed to 'diet' while PG, but there's the mentality there that almost makes me want to...
  12. hi Mary, each doctor is VERY different, best advice would be to follow YOUR doc's advice. good luck
