I have been heavy most of my life with ups and some downs. I never thought I would consider bariatric surgery until I kept gaining and my doc talked to me about the Lap=Band. I had to do something, I'm outta control! Although I have a strong connection to food, I know I need to reign in my habits in order to live a long and happy life. I have to do this to save my life, period.
