Well today was my 1st day back at work and 48 pounds total lost since the pre-op diet the Looks Started, and the Wow man you could see the weight is coming off. Well at first i didnt want to hear it, but then i was like you haven't seen nothing yet (well to myself). But overall it was a Great day. Well one more day and then off for 3.....
