    Well, since my first fill on 6/6/07 I've lost 4 pounds!!!!:clap2::clap2: So I will need to lose 8 more pounds to get back on track. I'm excited about being at my ultimate goal of 170 by the end of next month!!!

    Okay I can't wait until I get my first fill!!! I really ate TOO much over the weekend!! I ate soul food on Saturday and a bite or two of cake, then I ate a tiny slice of pizza. On yesterday I ate three tacos, potato salad, baked beans, hot link, slice of chocolate chip cheese cake and a few bites of a cherry cheese cake. I was really BADD!!! But it was GOOD!!! Okay today I have already eaten a grab bag of sour cream Ruffles 400 calories!! My May goal is really looking unreachable...I need to lose 12:cry :cry pounds by May 31st! :heh: :heh: I'm going to try my best to meet it!!!!

    I went dancing on Friday after I did my 3 1/2 miles and I am I am so happy with the weight loss. I must say, I don't remember ever being 196 before. So for the scale to read 196 it blows me away!! Well, I have to keep up the weight loss, I have 13:omg: pounds to lose for the month of May to meet my goal of 16 pounds!!!

    I'm now in a size 12!! I don't think I've ever bought a size 12 since junior high school, but on last Friday I went to New York and Company and tried on and get this...." A SIZE 12 WHITE PANTS SUIT"! I remember when I wouldn't dare buy white pants! So, to my surprise it fit!! Then, I went to JCPenney and bought another size 12, I have to get new clothes, because all my other clothes are TOO BIG! Well, I feel really good about my new size. Although, the band plays a huge role in my weight loss, but I'm playing a much bigger role by exercising and watching what I eat. I'm the boss, the band is my assistant!

    I am so happy that I'm living in 1DERLAND for the rest of my life!!! However, I didn't meet my April goal of 10 pounds (lost 9), so I will have to kick up for May. My goal for May is to lose 15 pounds, plus the 1 pound from April, so 16 pounds for the month of May:omg:! I can do it!!! I plan on doing more running than speed walking and no more RUFFLES:mad: !

    Okay, this morning I my journal entry say I need to lost 2 pounds to be in wonderland and I need to lost 3 pounds to meet my April goal of 10 pounds. Well,I went to church came home (I still haven't eaten) and went straight to the park. I stopped by the grocery store on my way home, and soon as I got in I got on the scale it is say:
    200 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now I need to lose 1 pound to be in 1DERLAND and 2 pounds to meet my April goal of 10 pounds. I think I'm more excited to be in 1DERLAND than to meet my April goal! I can't beleive it I should be ARRIVING in 1DERLAND by tomorrow!! I took the advice from one of the celebrity trainers (I can't remember his name). He said it's good to work out on an empty stomach, so that's what I'll do. As for today I'm getting ready to have some soup!!! It feels like Christ-mas Eve today and tomorrow is Christ-mas!!

    I am sooo excited about 1derland!!! I have only 2 pounds until I get there!!!!!:clap2: :clap2: . However, I have 3 pounds to meet my April goal of 10 pounds!!! I'm going to try VERY hard to reach them both by tomorrow night. I know that's a lot of pressure, but I believe I can do it!!!! NO SOLIDS, only LIQUIDS!!!

    For the first time I jogged around the ENTIRE park. This isn't a flat park, it extremely hilly, so I made it a goal a long time ago to jog around it and I did it on yesterday:clap2: !!! Once I jogged I walked around it at a fast pace to complete my 3 1/2 miles for the day. 4 pounds to 1DERLAND!!!!

    I really have to walk this afternoon and if it rains I will have to get on my treadmill:angry ! Yesterday I did 3 1/2 miles in less than 40 mins at the park, and I felt so good. If it doesn't rain I plan on walking 3 1/2 miles everyday, except tomorrow (class--2 miles on treadmill:angry ).

    I have to lose 10 pounds this month!!! So far I've lost 4, but more importantly I am 5 pounds from 1derland!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: So, needless to say I am eating A LOT less and working out VERY HARD.

    Menu---4/16 & 4/17

    Breakfast: 1/2 of 1/3 less sugar Frosty Flakes w/ 2% milk.

    Lunch: Chips


    Dinner: Nothing

    After a good workout on yesterday, I noticed I lost another pound:clap2:. I have 9 pounds to lose for my April goal and 8 pounds to go before I move to Onederland!!! I will continue to work it out this week to drop, drop and drop!

    Okay my goal for the month of April is to lose 10 pounds!! Once I do that I will be at 198!!! I can't believe I will be living in OnederLAND by the end of April!!! So I will have to stay on track with my workouts or kick it up!! So many are telling me not to get under 180, but I will NOT listen! MY goal is 160!!!

    I met my March goal of losing 15lbs.!!!! It was tough, especially with the hospital visit and the gagging episodes. Nevertheless, I did it!!! I'm right on track to be at 160 by the end of June!!!! Miami here I come!!!! Okay, I have to get ready for CHURCH!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

    Okay I've already passed my original goal to be at 210 by the end of March, because I am at 209:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: However, my second goal was to lose 15 pounds for the month of March and I am 1 pound short of meeting that goal!! I have one more day to go, I know I can do it!!!:clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: I am sooo close to ONEDERLAND I can taste it!!!! It's on now, as a matter of fact it's been on!!!! 9 pounds you have to go!!!! I have 40 more pounds to kick to the curb!!!!

    Well I went in for my first fill, but when I told Dr. Harper what has been happening he decided today wasn't a good time. I was fine with that since I don't think I need one. If is't up to me I'd rather not have a fill...it's been eleven weeks and I'm still losing. So hopefully, I can go longer:phanvan. I had the Barium and it went straight through the band, so that was good. I thought my band had slipped, but it's in place:clap2: :clap2: :clap2:. Today's workout was tough on me, I walked my 3 1/2 miles, but I had on my plastic sweat suit and a jogging suit on top of that!!!:faint: :faint: :faint: I know I was wrong for that!! My legs were weak and I felt like I was going to past out and I think the temperature was in the 80's today:faint: :faint: but I kept going to the end. Tomorrow I will take it easy and no more double layered workouts!!

    Well for some strange reason I had to rush to the emergency room late last night. All I ate yesterday was about two tablespoons of tuna, six crackers, a teaspoon of fruit dip, two grapes three slices of strawberries and a few chips and dip. I started to feel the irritation on my left side at about 8pm, but that's not unusual. So at about 11:15pm I started to gag and burp up clear stuff constantly, so it got to the point that I was on my knees. I went to the emergency room and they drew blood and did an x-ray. The doctor said everything looked normal, but they're not that familiar with the lapband. I will tell my doctor on Wednesday, but I feel much better...I do feel a little weak. I really think I'm over doing it with the exercise, because last week as soon as I got off the treadmill I started gaging. I can't slow down my workouts...I need to lose four more pounds by the 31st.:faint: I see I lost another pound since yesterday, I probably burped it off! Anyway, type ya later.

    Well yesterday for lunch I had a grill chicken philly and I only ate the thin sliced chicken with the melted cheese and a little lettuce and I was done for the day! I was miserable...I had trapped gas or something. Even though the chicken was thin I still chewed and chewed. I didn't eat any dinner and to think about it I didn't have any breakfast. So I didn't feel like working out or going to my boring class. I went to church and I actually felt a little better. I took to Mylanta gas tablets and those things will get the gas out!! I don't like them that much, because the make me gag. Once I gag I burp...but afterwards I feel a LOT better. So this morning I am feeling normal, I will not have a grill chicken philly again. Today I will make sure I take it easy on the food, I will eat soft foods today.

    Well I'm another pound lighter!!! Finally after a week of workouts I've dropped another pound:clap2: I have 7 pounds to go to meet my March goal of 15lbs. I get my first fill on 3/28, I'm pushing to meet my goal by then:eek: !!

    Well when I leave work I'm heading to school until around 7:30 and I will come straight home and WORK IT OUT!!! I will break my treadmill record today!!!
