hi sher im having my surgery done with dr chris debruyne in belgium on 27th july,he is one of the best surgeons and has a great name for himself everyone on here has only praise for him my package is 4175 euros and includes taxi's from airport and back and to hospital and back,your hotel for 3 days which is for 2 peeps and your xrays and surgery it is a very good price and he does fill's all over uk and ni i cant wait good luck on ya search:smile2:

julie and jojo you have great weight losses in such a short time well done,can i ask what type of food you are eating i know i have 7 weeks left to go but i always think ahead lol:w00t:

it is mainly caused from alcohol,there are no statments to say it is caused from lap band and lets be honest here you can get more wrong with you from yo yo dieting,and being overweight anyway it's a chance you take most people are happy with the band being fat and getting a band,i think there is more chance of getting disease from being overweight ie diabetes would you not agree would you sooner be fat:w00t:

oh thanks bobo that has put my mind at ease i think my in-laws will be jealouse and dont want me to have the surgery done,they keep trying to put me off but i wont let them lol,i will probably houn you for ideas when i have been banded many thanks hun :thumbup:

hi to all you bandsters that have been done a while,what do you eat meal wise alot of peep are trying to put me off,telling me that i will be vomiting all the time and i will never be able to eat can any of you advise me on that plz im still gonna get banded lol:drool:

hi missy, im getting my surgery done on 27th july and im gonna pay all upfront 2 weeks before i go so i dont have to carry the money,i do trust them they are excellent as anyone in here will vouch for them, im funding mine with the credit union lol,less interest to pay then lokking for the best rate for euro at the time lol:smile2:

hi lindsay and well done lucky you well im not getting done till 27th july,but im leaving on 15th to go on holiday in holland and belgium is my last stop for op,im writing all my list of what i need,can you tell me what you took to the hospital with you as i dont want to take too much,i was thinking of just going in the clothes i would be wearing and taking just a towel,washbag,clean underwear any ideas of what else i need,i will be by myself as hubby is dropping me off and staying with the kids on our caravan site lol thanks hun:wink2:

hi nicole he goes on hols around the 9th july so email the guy who deals with dr chris patients on frederik.serneels@ecfs.be and no you dont have to have a meeting u just meet frederik the night before op,a few peep have gone by themselve and have said to maybe stay an extra night at hotel to heal a bit better otherwise they have been ok, dont know much bout fills but freckles has give you some info on that goodluck hun:thumbup:

by the way has anyone else done what i have,since i have know im getting op my weight is rising constantly and i dont even think im eating any differently lol just cant wait good luck to all going out soon,and hope all the one due to go get there xx

hi geri 11 bet your glad its all over im booked 27th july cause im on holiday in holland and belgium so i will pop over and get it done while im there lol anyway hun if you got banded by dr chris get you fills done with him or he wont stand over the band if you go elsewhere there are a couple of girl who went with bupa and have to repay if there is any probs so im gonna stick with him at least you have a chance if there were any prob to get help of him hop this helps but well done you:thumbup:

hi all im not very good on computer at the best of time how will i get it to work in belgium do i need one of them dongles and if so what one works the best over there and is there cash machines that take visa debit thanks all :thumbup:

well done jule 12 pound is fab at least your on ya way lol,plus i think everyone get that whole appetite thing back but sure u will feel better with each fill the good thing is all these on here,freckles,gary, bobo and all the other bandsters are great to go by with their weight loss so hang in there :smile:
