  2. Hi, I was just looking through the site and noticed from you post that you were sleeved by Dr. Nicholson on Nov. 17th also! Just would like to maybe share with someone who is at the same phase of their journey as I am. Hope to hear from ya!

  3. Good luck with your surgery!

  4. Hope you had a great Christmas. I wanted to get caught into my normal holiday grazing but thank goodness my sleeve told me differently, and I had no choice but to listen.

  5. Down 40 lbs total today. YEAAAH!

  6. I will be 4 weeks post-op Wednesday. I belch everytime I eat and it's a little embarassing? Can anyone tell me when/if this problem will go away. Also, could it be a sign that my pouch is full?

  7. First time being able to exerecise. Could only do 15min. before I felt a pulling feeling. Glad to start but don't want to mess up anything either

  8. Decided to take pics about a week ago in old workout clothes so that I can track my progress. Today tried to post them but pics were so horrible I don't think i can until there some afters to compare to.

  9. Thanks for your input on the shapers. Found one today at Lane Bryant, or the LB as I like to call it, for $25. I just kept thinking, this may be one of my last purchases there.

  10. I sent you my dressing recipie, let me know how it turns out. Although I am always a Louisianan at heart, I've been in the DFW area for about 16 years and often work in East Texas. Great job with your sleeve, I hope to do the same.

  11. Hello fellow sleevers! After meeting my insurance companies' 180 days requirements for nutritional counseling, I was finally approved and sleeved on November 17th. I joined the forum back in Feb. ,and was encouraged by too many to name during my visits to the forum. It was the infomation on these boards which gave me the courage to go through with it. I would now like to share my journey.
