Thanks for stopping by my page and speaking, I am trying to refocus on what's important and stop being so down about my non-weight loss...I have been hitting the gym hard for the past week, and when I weighed in this morning, i was down 6lbs...so..., prayerfully I will make my goal of losing between 30-40lbs by my bday @ the end of june. Thank you for welcoming me here...I have just been so disgusted with myself...I had the band done 12.1.09 and I havent lost any weight..well 7lbs, but that doesn't count. I have had 3 fills thus far....but I still dnt feel full with a saucer of food. I have been exercising 3 days a week, and I am not making too many terrible food choices. Do you have any words of advice> Thanks!
