I totally know what you mean! I have lost weight several times on WW but then always gained it back. It wasn't until I got pregnant, and was nearly 400 pounds that I realized I wasn't going to be able to do this alone. I absolutely love the Core program, when I went back after I had my son they had introduced the Momentum program, but I don't like counting points at all, so I have been focusing on filling foods only too! I'm glad to hear it has worked so well, I am researching meetings in my area as we speak! Thanks for the advice!

Hi .. my name is Rosemary! Yeah, I've been a WW member for 28 years now (hard to believe!). I've gotten down 130 pounds more times than I like to admit, but always ended up gaining most of the weight back. Last year I finally decided this was BS and made an appointment with a doctor for help. Since WW introduced the "Core" I have counted few points. I eat entirely "filling foods" as they call them now and only count the five points a day that aren't core, for example the cream in my coffee or the dessert on occasion. I had more success with that than most people ever do on points anyway; last year I lost 90 pounds (and then binged it back on again, go figure). I adore my meeting and the friends I've made there - I even made us a message board on Yahoo and we're friends on Facebook so that we keep in touch during the week. I think you'll be happy you went back!
