Thanks Cheryl, yes the before and after photos of everyone is so so inspirational. when I want to eat or when this pre-op diet gets hard I just get on here and start seeing what everyone has accomplished. thanks! -Bianca

HI Fern, Saw that your surgery date is due for 3/15/10 which is same as mine. Where are you having surgery? I'm having mine with Dr. Ortiz in mexico. hope to hear from you, since we're going through at the same time might be a good support system for each other -Bianca
