i had the surgery over 2 years ago, i found the best solution to the problem was another adjustment. Did you do a adjustment post surgery?

over 2 years now, i have a filled 7.5 out of a 11 CC band. i can eat almost anything, except bread. trick is to take your time and chew your food, avoid liquid calories and try to eat a early dinner to get you full for the night. i found fish to be a great way to fill up and eat healthy
