I have been overweight for my whole life minus about 5 years.  I was really happy those 5 years.  It came on a pound at a time. Then....wow, there it was. I have been on every diet known to man.  I would lose and then gain it all back.  I had the lapband.  I feel more in control but am struggling at times.  Those old habits try to creep up on me.  I know.....protein first.....I do that most of the time.  I seem like I am hungry a lot. I have had one fill of 5cc but feel like it was not enough.
