Please keep us updated on your journey. I strongly suggest contacting your surgeon and an attorney. See what the surgeon has to say/offer for your pain and costs associated with surgery... then if you are not completely satisfied contact an attorney.

I would demand that the surgeon pay for you to have your lap band re-done and all future fills and appointments in connection with the band as well as any doctor bills you owe for visits associated with the pain of their mistake. With the Flouroscopy there is no reason they should not have seen that the band was not in place.

I had my surgery in Mexico and they gave me my floroscopy exrays and explained to me what i was looking at and what they were looking for in the picture... sounds to me like someone didn't fully look at your picture.

It's your body, you only get one... don't let sureons and fill experts who charge an arm and a leg get away with not paying attention to their job and your needs.
