    hi denise i am getting ready for my lap band surgery hopefully February 18,2010. i work as a techician in a doctor's office lots of walking what do you think about recovery time i have a week to take so i will just see how i do my main concern is food after sugery. what did you do? have items fixed and frozen before you went to the hospital how about protein drinks do your use alot of them thanks for any comments
