as often as you can. Always remember every single person is so different and our bodies work very differently too. I think you are doing a great job so be provide of yourself!

Sassy, there are times that the losing process will slow down, but it does not mean that your body is not making changes. Sometimes I will lose inches and the scale does not move for me, but my clothes fit really loose and different. You just have to learn how to look for others ways to measure your success. I work out faithfully and sometimes not so faithful. Overall, do what you can

Shonette, I want to say thanks again for your encouragement! I need it. I was getting really discouraged and frustrated because I have been at this same weight for so long! I have to make time and make some changes though!

I normally work from 9am-630pm, so today after work I have my clothes with me to hit the gym before I go home. It’s a long day but I will have my workout completed. I have not had a fill in a while, and I really think I am sensitive to fills. If I get a tad bit too much, I am not able to get anything down and I end up having some removed. Therefore, I am good with my fill at this time.

Honestyly, it's not easy to make the time to workout but once you start to see the changes in your body it's worth it. My plate is so full but I have to put myself first sometimes. Therefore my times at the gym are early in the morning, right after work, or late at night once my kids are in bed. You just have to figure out what work for you. Good luck.
