  1. Traveled yesterday to get my 5th Fill. 8.5 cc in a 10 cc band. 4.5 hours traveling there for a 15 min appointment. Then return home WOW

  3. Hello All Bandsters. It's been a while...like 4 mos since I talked to anyone. Lost about 40#s but actually need another fill. I contemplated loosing on my own but had been maintaining between 103 and 109 kg's Started at 123.1. Now I need my next fill which is Monday 21 Feb 11. The cold months sure puts a damper on appetites. Gearing up for some serious weight loss now. READY AGAIN.

  5. Have been pretty busy and of course sick. Getting better now. Had a great time at home in Virginia. It's getting cold here in Korea. Planning another trip to see my doc to get another fill, will be my 5th. I have 7 cc in a 10 cc band. Just got an invite by my doc on fb, so now were in touch. Looks like I had sent some business his way. Looking forward to loosing another 50 #s.

  6. Hi, I am doing fine, jus readjusting after my trip to the states. Getting ready to begin a vigorous exercise push in Nov and Dec. Ready for another fill, just planning on when to go. I currently have 7 cc in a 10 cc band. It takes a full day to travel to get my fill in Seoul Korea.

  7. Janet, I have a question, How do I add a picture to my blogs in the upper right corner of the blog page. I need assistance.

  8. Multi-vitamins I use are the Korean type but any will do that has the essential vitamins one needs each day. I use a brand titled, Chlorella 100%. There are two bottles and each has 300 tablets. Each tablet has 600mg. I started out with one a day and now I feel ok taking two a day. I eat only three times a day, 4 or 5 hours apart beginning at 0630 am. By 5:30 pm I am done eating and concentrate on water intake, and now exercise-30 min on stationary bike, may do 1 hour. The pressure is on as 16 Aug I will work out twice a day-once in am and once at night. Trying to rach 89kg prior to 18 Sep 10. Check out my blogs from the beginning to now. This is the best thing that has ever happened to me. You really can see results. Best of Luck on your journey as well.

  10. Thanks for reading my blogs. Since my 3rd Fill untill now, I tried to do it myself, self-control, with weighting everyday. Some days I skip when I know I have not felt good, but then it evens out and I am on track. Realizing that it's a time management plan, and knowing what to look for, well it's a good feeling. I am truly happier and really content, and can't wait untill next year. Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it.

  12. Amanda, I may go to one of those meetings in May. Just keep me posted. You are surely loosing. I will start exercising two times a day this week. Hard but will try. Good luck on your success.

  13. Amanda, great job too, your doing great like me. Yes the doc's scale gets me one or two more kg's too, but they are nearly correct-on average. I am fluctuating now between 109 and 110. Now with some exercise this next two weeks I will see some difference. I don't plan on going to the doc's till the 4th Sat in April. What about you? I will get my fourth fill then, I have 6 cc's in now, and 2 more will be 8 cc's in my 10 or 11 cc band. I feel more hungry but I don't eat all of the calories we are suppose to. Although my clothes sizes are shrinking. I've swithced belts already too. Stomach is getting flat, no more table-hehehehe. Now I will have to find another location for my remote control for the tv-haha. Glad your doing ok too. The norm is only a few #s a week but if more is lost, welcome right.   15. Amanda, when will you make your next trip to the doc's, I was suppose to go 27 Mar but I will make it 3rd week in Apr. If your going up on a Sat in Apr let me know.

  16. Hi Patrick, How you doing? Hey can you share what you eat during a week or month since your kind of a mentor. I have been doing ok but want to see what else is out there. Still going strong here. Down to 109.3 kg from 123.1kg. Hope your doing well?

  17. Hi Patrik, yes I rem you and our conversation on the tele. I am having a great time now, loosing the #s. More energy too. Can't wait untill I reach my goal now. It was the best move ever to have this surgery, it works. How about sharing what you eat on your meals, Ken

  20. Hi Amanda, How you doing? Glad you will have the surgery soon. There is nothing to worry about, you can read all my posts as they explain how things went for me. Sat there were 4 more ladies up there, remarkable. If you keep a positive mind, follow the guidance on eating, you will do fine and loose the pounds. It's working for me.
