In September 2009 after doing a lot of research and realizing that I just was not getting anywhere on my own losing weight, I finally decided on Lap-Band. I went to the seminar in September, followed up with another doctor visit and spoke with him asking him questions and getting rid of my fears. In December, I went for a sleep apnea test...OMG it was just awful. Now, I'm awaiting my doctor to call and schedule me for more blood work, chest x-ray, etc., in order to get scheduled for surgury.
