What's up LapBand Family..lol Haven't been on in a while but wanted to get back plugged in. It's been 3 years since I got my band. Did pretty good and lost 50 pounds. Kinda plateauing. Anyone got any suggestions?

when is your banding date?

hey, the soreness for me went away after about 2 wks unless i move sideways. i was banded on march 30,10 so i am still new at this. i wish you success and happy re birthday. margie

OMG sounds like you are doing awesome keep you're mind on the objective. Im sure you will do fine. I'm getting my 3rd adjustment tomorrow so hopefully this will be my sweet spot.

Hey there. Just wanted to let you know I am recovering well. I am a week post surgery and I am down 20 pounds. Just got moved to phase 2 of my diet. Thanks for your encouragement.

Congrats on beeing banded recovery for me was a breeze i took 2 weeks of from work but could have been back within 1. Take it easy and keep in mind that everyday does get better.
