Yeah I had my first fill on April 23rd, all is well I hope you are doing good..I have my final exam in the morning and I'm on the downhill side to finishing up my degree and getting my RN license

Hey Renee We made it home okay and mom is doing great!!! It was nice to meet you and hang out in Mexico!! I'm busy already with college and just trying to get through the next 8 weeks until I graduate on May 14th. Everything went without a hitch at the border...Sergio took us to a flea market in El Paso for an hour or so before going to the airport. I guess it is only there on Sundays, so we were there on the right day!! I'm feeling good, and am doing well, thanks for posting on my page. I hope all is well with you!!

I hope that everything goes really well for you tomorrow as well, I'm taking my computer with me to Mexico and hope that I feel well enough to post

Hi Jeri..added you as a friend! It is a wonderful place to come for encouragement. I have my surgery date longer then most because I'm doing it over Spring Break in my last semester of RN school. I've found that there is a wealth of information on the site and I especially like the CHAT feature where you can discuss things in real time with others that have not been banded or those that are banded. Most of the time, everyone is willing to offer an ear and give some pretty good advice.

Really glad to hear that your surgery went so well. Keep us posted on how the weight loss goes...Congratulations on getting it done!!!

I sent you the pre-op diet long time coming. I am a nurse and spend hours on my legs, but as for the woman in my family we all have nice legs, just big guts and wide butts. I am day 3 on my pre-op and all is well, have stuck to it without faltering. It isn't as bad as I thought it would be and I'm never hungry.
