And do you realize that hanging skin won't kill you but extra weight will?

I'd rather have extra skin then to have my high blood pressure, sleep apnea, painful arthritis in my knees and etc.

I'm great right now. Back on solid foods and feeling good. Having a hysterectomy next week though. I'm sure that will set me back some.

Thanks! The sad part is they didn't even weigh me at my post op appt today and I was so proud of my loss.

I'm down to 209. I was 215 I think on surgery day. I feel great just hungry!!!

Thanks guys! I'm doing great! A small amount of gas pain but that's all. Once that goes away I'll be 100% again:)

My insurance company has very few requirements and I met every one of them.
