  1. Relax and breathe, everyone goes through it....also, get used to it, cuz it's gonna keep happening from time to time! I swear I think it's your body catching up with what you've done to it! Keep up the good work and it'll happen again.
  2. So I have the loosest jiggliest fat in the world....I guess I'm at that awkward phase where I'm still really fat so there's tons of it and its got lots of room to jiggle around in....shorts are not my friend.

  5. At 9 weeks post op, I can eat 1 slice of thin crust pizza but not eat the outer edge and be totally satisfied.....3 months ago I'd eat every bite of 4 slices of regular crust. It's AMAZING!!!! 8. At my 8 week I was released to eat 1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread, whole wheat pastas, and brown rice...haven't tried the rice but bread and Pasta are no problem for me....I am a slow eater and take tiny bites though....(I had Peanut Butter toast for Breakfast this am, heaven!!!) HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 221.6
  9. They're just being parents, it's what they do....I would, in a non-rant moment, say something like 'I know you guys are worried, and I appreciate that, but I'm an adult and I've made my decision. I am nervous and scared and would appreciate you supporting me in this'. If that doesn't work then I'd use the 'if you don't have anything once to say then don't say anything at all' line Likely....they mean well....they're probably just scared . GOOD LUCK!!!! HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 221.6
