I'm such a slow loser... it's a bit frustrating. I had surgery on 2/27 and now 5 months post-op' date=' I started at 225 on surgery day and now stuck at 190lbs.

I'm wondering if anyone else is stuck and what do you do? I've been under a lot of stress so I guess it could be that.

I'm considering doing a couple weeks of the liquid diet. Anyone do that to help get on track?[/quote']

Hello all! Current weight 197 from 227 dos Feb 19th. Each week the eating gets better

Honestly I think my first few months were slow for me. I lost inches more then lbs.

I truly doubt even at this juncture I'm

Getting all my Protein in. I just do what's best for me and try to make better choices.

Six months was just yesterday. Started out 220' date=' now 153. It's 68 lbs down. I can eat just about anything except salmon. I do also have alcohol which slows my weightloss. I do miss my taste buds but am glad of my decision! And when I say eat anything, I mean like two or three bites, excellent restriction![/quote']
