After years of going to WW and trying different diet doctors I just kept seeing the scale go up and down over and over. I made the decision to have the lapband so that I can lose the weight and keep it off. I also have high blood pressure and a family history of diabetics so I wanted to keep my health in check and be able to enjoy life without the weight restrictions.
