Same for me.Certain things get stuck (chicken), but salads go down with no problem. I received a fill this week and can feel a little restriction for the first time. This is my 4th. What's wrong?

I understand the discouragement. I'd lost 55 before surgery...after surgery, gained 15. I cried like a baby. I got a fill, lost 4...went back this week, gained 1. This is really discouraging..They gave me a fill, but the doctor was afraid it was too much and wants me back in 2 weeks. We'll see what happens. I feel ya! Try to stay positive as negative does no good...but I feel ya!

Bless your heart...at least you get 1200 calories. Mine is 800 and no food what-so-ever. How many days do you have to do the protein shakes?

By the way. How many days did you have to do the liquid diet?

I'm on day 7 of 3 weeks (22 days) of Opti-Fast. No food. This is soooo hard. I'm not sure if I can make 22 days. The weight is not coming off as fast as I'd like. That's the only thing that would keep me motivated to keep on with this.
