  1. Evenings are getting better

Well, I came home this evening with a plan in mind. I stuck to my plan. One scrambled egg, and if I got hungry before bed, I would try some oatmeal. I did. It went down pretty good. I seem to stay full when I have one scrambled egg. I use peanut oil to make it. I also have really good success in the mornings when I drink a Myoplex lite. I will drink it around 7am and it lasts me until around 10:30am. My lunch is at 11am so I drink water until then.
    :wink2:
  2. Where I am today.

Last night was bad. Today is not as bad as last night. At least I am not crying and whining anyway. I am just stuck with trying to start a new and leaving the old behind. Not being able to plan meals is really hard right now. I can't eat meat or anything else yet except for mushy food, so how does a person plan? Eating Low fat cottage cheese, mac and cheese, sugar free puddings and drinking crystal light isn't excatly my idea of making a plan.:wink2:
