I've been blessed with rapid recovery and healing and easy and quick weight loss thus far, it's been 2 weeks as of tomorrow and I'm ASTONISHED at the results. All I can do is PRAISE HIM! Thank you so much, I feel awesome. Everyday just gets better and better... I had what I though was a set back, cause I gained 15lbs but my dr said it's 15lbs of muscle, my body is smaller and so are my clothes, even though the scale is up. How are things going with you my dear?

Today was a rough day foodwise for me too, probably because I cheated and had carbs last night. But the headache has been constant all day lol oh well it's what I get, I KNEW better....I'm excited I'm counting down too! It'll be here before we know it! WOO HOO!
