yes but im not dedicated to exercise like im supposed to be so even though the scale is moving down the inches aint....but it isnt the band's fault its my own.....i have got to find an activity that i really enjoy doing i enjoy racquetball but its hard to find someone who is serious about playing it....its not fun alone
