:tongue_smilie:iam still happy i did the band even though i went through so much stuff in the last couple mos theres always bad with the good at times and iam sure there will be more but all and all iam pleased to have made this choice for sure ,iam staying positive and looking forward to losing some more when my fill is started again ....:thumbup:i was really scared my band had slid and i was gonna lose it for good if he didnt like what my test was but the way the guy talked who did my test seemed like i had to have time to heal with the saline out after being sick with the flu that i had been sick so long my stomach couldnt heal any .but we are back to normal again ...yeahhhhhhhh

my stomach has finally settled down so i can eat and keep it down been a long time coming guess i will hear from doc about doing a fill again starting back out slowly again to get me back to my sweet spot before i got so sick,,looking forward to it .maybe i can get back to some weight loss again like i should be ..

thats me ... i wasnt losing any weight and they acted like it was a big sin the doc had the one woman there go over everything with me again like in the beginning you can only do this and eat that and half of cup at any given meal and don't do this and that LIKE WHAT!!!!this has been going on for awhile now and i kept thinking it'll be better tomarr tomarr the same ok maybe tomarr and it just got worse and i loss notta ..you could tell they were not happy with me on that as well...we'll see what the test brings tomarr yesterday i didnt throw up any today i baked a chic and had salad its probable not gonna stay down ...how much are you eating in one setting ??? there telling me no more then 1/2 cup period...and eat like 4/6 times a day ..how are you doing now ??? better ?

:cursing:iam still throwing up after everything doesnt matter what it is if its more then a yogert/or drinking something i have had chic i have had chic noodle soup doesnt matter i throw it up my doc took all the saline out on friday and i go tue for a test to see whats going on i cannot wait to see what it may be i was sick there for a spell with coughing heavy duty throwing up sick with flu iam wondering if the entire belt slipped and what he will or won't do about it surely he won't want to take it out ..any idea's ??????????????????????????? any one els having this ?/

seen doc today he took out all the saline and i have a test tue to see whats going on in there with my band then he'll decide what and when to do anything els ...a little better tonite but not great i had a small chic wing 2 bites of mashed potatos and got sick again so iam waiting awhile and gonna have some yogert ...till tue test =)

ok ive had a bad few mos here time to see doc i almost feel something cannot be right here at all iam basically throwing up everything and when i start i can't stop its over and over i have done this for as much as an hr or so at a time throwing up like every 5/10 mins i have even taken my meds to stop this and once in awhile it will stp me so i bet with all this going on something isnt right here with my band i keep putting it off to see doc =( sad

i had a fill 3wks ago and i feel the same way only thing that i can handle is yogerts ,no meats no broc no veggies no potatoes and its very painful when it tries to go down i have down more throwing up then eating i bet i throw up at least 3/6 times a day now .i can't take the pain from it i'd rather throw up.i have dropped like 8lbs since i seen him last..i may have to have a xray to make sure things are ok or an unfill ...good luck on that keep us posted .

i wanted to believe it was all my fault for not chewing right but iam not sure thats the problem with softer foods or like yesterday i had chic noodle soup at work and didnt agree as well and i know most soft foods don't agree but more solids are not as well so iam either to tight or something els is wrong but i do throw up daily and have been for wks now,you know when its stuck and its not going down so thats what i do to get rid of it ,i have been so busy with work i tend to deal with it i guess ,we are so busy now days to even take care of ourselves but thankful to even have a job i guess . thanks for the reply have a great day :rolleyes2:

oh and i had mine done 5 mos ago but have lost a total of 35lbs

:cursing:ok iam really wanting something to eat and the last few wks have been a problem with getting foods down even today i tried some chic noodle soup nope not going easy hurts going down ,,,or i have to simple throw up most of the time i throw up ..its a given with me now days i guess or would say iam to tight i know i have tried diff foods and most are not going down with out sticking or pain one tonite iam having salmon baked to try and get some decent food down that will stay i have lost another 3/4 lbs..so not all is bad i guess that was the deal on the surgery :cursing::rolleyes2:

:rolleyes:ok i was excited to get my second fill thursday but i also was looking forward to going to tex roadhouse today for my grilled chic salad well thats not gonna happen since i had to up chuck it so much for my 8.99 dinner today to tight i guess ,i had a scrabbled egg this morning and it was ruff but i thought oh by dinner time i'll maybe be better ...not....i guess this is the good and bad of the band ,iam still excited it gets me off and running to losing more again so i'll deal with it for a few days till i get there..i had a half cupof chili yesterday and a yogert so we shall see ...everyday is diff but iam happy i did this for me .:thumbup::thumbup::tt1:

:frown:omg i been so sick with the virus its so sucks been in bed since sunday and seen doc on monday says it a virus i guess put me on antibotic's and said it will have to run its course .right now iam coughing my ass off and coughing up if you will its not fun..i lay down and i keep myself awake from the wheezing iam making ,so i can;t win right now ..i left work early sunday an went staright to bed the pain in my joints have been total hell the worst ever from hips to legs to my feet and the fever omg its been a mess as well ,doc said this is going around kinda hard to stay away from things now days when your working in the public so maybe tomarr will be a better one iam due to go back to work thursday .chow

i think in some cases which is very sad these doctors not all but some this is a job just that nothing less nothing more..they have no feelings for the person and could care less ,you need to pass the word who this person is and hopefully some will go elswhere ..my thoughts . take care

you know what ia not real sure he had me sit up after the needle was in and drink water and we thought we had it kinda right i guess ...right now iam throwing my guts up there can't be much there oh sorry this is the worst ever. i bet ive went 10 times now and slimmy yuck .guess we are in for jello tonite huh ....thanks

i had done the liq/ soft foods for three days and fixed dinner and nothing would go down but today iam better and eating again well i was yesterday you know everyday seems diff mornings really suck better to have my coffee and go on to work most mornings don't work for me on eating foods till more around noon .trial and error i guess and we are all diff in our own little way :thumbup: happy holidays :confused:

ok its been like 7 wks and i just got my first fill last thursday and today being monday iam still eating soft foods and not much of it either but have lost 20 lbs so far as well not to shabby i must ad. and lots of inches all over not in anyone area which is really kool ...i put on a work shirt in a size med. by mistake and about had a cow i thought it was one of my lg or xlg ones and seen it looked pretty new cked the size and wow it was the new med i had ordered and washed and said i will be needing this one day and wa la its the day :thumbup:SWEETTTTTT. iam wondering if i had to much of a fill and won't be able to eat anything but soft till nx fill ...hummmmmm

my doc has no sugar added ice pops/fudgsicles/puddings/applesause's/ect......its a treat

no you want the pain ball there great they it will be your best friend it kills the pain for 3/5 days and your free to move around the first few days with little or no pain there GREAT mine was empty i had to pull the tubes out but it doesnt hurt remember it kills the pain..so if they ask you if you want one HELL-YES love it that way you keep moving around and after few days your soreness has some time to start fading .hope that helps ya

:wub: let me rewind a little ,,ok i do have gas pains and they really do hurt and you cannot stop them and there :mad2: bad ok but the rest is coming around good tonite other then that ,i even made pumpkin bread cupackes for my co workers tomarr is out work party so i didnt forget them at all so i was up long enough to bake tonite and also i thought i was going back to work nx wk on tue since i do the schedule uuhh i guess not i don't see the doc till 6th and she said he'll send you her guess the 10th,so thats 14days off but i swear i feel i do need it iam way to sore and can't stand for long ...chow

OK HERE WHAT I JUST WENT THROUGH WOW I WAS'NT SURE IF IWAS GONNA PASS OUT OR WHAT I PULLED THE PAIN BALL OUT AND YOU HAVE TO PULL A LITTLE HARDER THEN I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST IN MY MIND IT WAS GONNA HURT AND BE SCAREY HAPPY HALLOWEEN BY THE WAY SO NOW THATS OUT DONE A WONDERFUL SHOWER N DRIED MY HAIR WOW FEELS GREAT TODAY I TOOK OFF ALL MY BANDAGES AND EVERYTHING LOOKS GOOD .HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE :wub::mad2::thumbup:

:wub: ok there;s an issue i have since my surgery and i wonder if its due to the pain ball numbing me below .i have had to wear a pad due to leaking if this crazy or what iam taking the pain ball out today and all my tape and hope i feel better about things i have yummy :thumbup: cream of wheat today it was so good and i can yogerts and all that now wow moving right along here .i did feel like doing dishes today and put in aload of laundry but thats it for today not gonna push it ..iam excited to be healed so things are improving here for me i tend to take surgerys harder then others for some reason i had lung surgery in 2002 and thought i would never bounce back but i did .all that from smoking i had lung cancer and i made they took my upper right lobe out but i feel totally normal a little shortness from time to time breathing but iam done with all that so iev come along way here and excited for my journey in the skinny world again :crying::mad2::eek::smile::wub::wub::wub:

i am now feeling like being up more and moving around i guess the first 48 hrs are the bad part pain and all but i still have the pain ball in me so thats a blessing iam sure.but all and all there was more pain for me then i expected but not everyone is the same not even close you'll be fine just get past the 48hrs i guess iam lucky because i only have very little gas pains not much at all so iam happy for all that ..good luck and a quick recovery :mad2: i'll be thinking of u :wub:
