Hi. Thanks for checking up on me. It's been awful, but only in the mornings, so I am thankful for that. I get up and have to throw up at least 3 times, then magically it's all better. lol It's to the point now that I look forward to throwing up becasue then I know I will be better. Its just so weird! I hit the gym today for the first time in a long time, any advise? I could only do the stair machine for 3 minutes lol...hopefully with this fill and the gym I could get these last pounds off...

I know the fill seems so far off! I am a lil nervous for it, though, I have to admit. I love that! I'm gonna say that to myself next time I get tempted my people around me, because no one is showing any mercy AT ALL! I came home to my in-laws over eating pizza from my favorite spot lol. And christmas...listen to this...I'm puerto rican and italian and my husband is african american....so basically I was at 3 family get togethers with the best food known to man!!! LOL! I have been sticking to it too not going off at all, because I know as easy as I can do well is as easy as I can do bad! It is so nice to have someone to vent with! LMAO

Just got a fill today...now I am up to 3cc's I am hoping this is a happy place for me! I have gained some weight after having the fluid removed...I am up 6 lbs, but am looking foward to getting it off again...back on track!

Started hitting the gym for the first time since i was banded almost 2 yrs ago...It is awesome! Hpefully now I can hit goal by March 11 (my Vegas trip)!
