Wow good for you!! You must feel great! Im doing very well too, no major problems so far.. after the first fill is really when the lapband comes into play with how much you can eat...Its the best decision I have ever made for myself!

Hey everyone, going Thursday for my first fill...:wink2: banded Oct 14th, down 23 so far. excited/little nervous. Chewing and eating slow is something I have really worked hard at and seems to be easier and easier...What was your first fill experience like?

Thanksgiving went very good! I did do well. I will keep you posted. Not nervous about getting the fill, just how Im going to feel/react afterwards with eating...I have to remember to take is slllooww

Hi Leslie! I came across your blog and we had surgery the same day! Im scheduled for my first fill this coming thursday and Im excited. Keep up the great work!

I am doing wonderful! Im down 22 lbs so far since surgery and 10 from pre-op. WOW 18 lbs from the pre-op diet is great. No complications at all, just very sore for a solid week (not to bad when someone waiting on ya (wink) ... just take your pain meds and chill, you will be fine. Do you get much time off work??

Im sorry to hear that you weren't given the compliments that you deserve!! 42 lbs! good for you!! Sounds like jealousy, really that all it is in my opinion.. I recently got banded and Im sure I will have good and not so good reactions from people, but oh well! Im feeling really good so far! GL with everything!
