I have struggled with my weight since highschool. I have continued to gain until I knew that I had to get my weight under control. Being a nursing student I see what happens when you don't. And frankly I was scared and wanted to demonstrated a health lifestyle for my daughter. I am very excited to start my new journey. I already am feeling healthier and have more engery to do things with my daughter.
