Hi, i began this process a year ago June when i went to a seminar. In January i began to lose weight, they wanted me to lose 50lbs and i have lost 111 lbs. My surgery is Nov 16th, this coming Monday, ahhh. Everything has gone very well, a lot of work though. I am getting ready for Monday and i sorta know through talking to a lot of people and listening to a lot of peoples experiences what to expect, though i know we are all different. You have a great community. I'm sure i will get alot of information and support here. walkingfoolI am 1 month out from surgery, i have lost 130 total and 24 since surgery. Everything is going very well. I have had one fill, and will have another Feb. 1st.
