i have had only fill and it seems like i can eat anything. I may not can eat as much but i can eat anything.

Dont feel bad your not the only one, I myself was banded Dec 9th and the last few days i have been eating mashpotatos, and i took a lil piece of my 2yr olds chicken sand (not the bread) a piece of the meat. When I go back next week I am going to ask can I move on to mushies and maybe i can have some dressing for Christmas. GOODLUCk, i am down 15 lbs .

i hate that because i really did like the slim fast i dont know what other shake to try, please help!

I was banded yesterday as well, right after surgery i put a gas x strip in mouth and i havent had any gas pains yet. thank GOD!

I was doing so good the first week, and then all things went down hill when they took the slim fast of the shelves do to bacteria. I started back eating my normal food, please some one help me. I am getting banded on the 9th of dec (wednesday) and i am going to start back with the pre op in the morning (monday). I hope these 3days i got off track dont affect my surgery.

I have BCBS of tx Federal, it did not take long at all. 2 or 3days at the longest for me.

i started my pre-op diet yesterday, and i am trying to hang in there. First 3 days 3 shakes, liquid and jello, last 10 days 2shakes and a small garden salad with FF dressing.

HI, I am farely new to the sight, but I will be getting banded on the 9h of Dec. I am a little scared but excited. My biggest fear is the port area. I will keep all you of you in prayer.

i Have the same problem, but i did tell my husband my mother, and 2 close friends. You need to let someone know just to be on the safe side. I am just waiting on my insurance approval. I havent even told my boss, but once my insurance approves it i will let him know because i will need days off. GOodluck. keep me posted
