hey how r u doing?ive done that before also,write a big letter then ur computer loses it!lol. i think thats awsome that you dont have to do the liquid only diet before ur surgery!! but 3weeks after WOW that will be tough! but just keep telling urself that u can do it!!! congrats on losing 19lbs so far thats great! and my insurance wouldnt cover the surgery either! i think that all insurance companys should have to pay for weightloss!!!lol. and i had to get a sleeptest done for 1of the requirements and i also found out i have sleep apnea!! so im righjt there next to ya!!lol im waiting for my cpap machine now! where do u live? and do u really like ur surgeon? i live in oregon and i love my surgeon he makes u feel really comfortable!! take care i hope to hear from ya soon!
