The weather is nice enough for a long walk this morning! Hurray for fall in Florida!

Today is my 3rd bandiversary. Happy bandiversary to me! :-)

Today is my official 4th bandiversary. Although I did not start my membership for 3 more days aftere my surgery.

Today is Tuesday, winter is back to centralflorida. I hope it leaves quickly we want to hit Disneyworld tomorrow, like all the tourist in the world!

walked on the tread mill for 1 hour yesterday, which was an accomplishment for me, I hate tread mills!!.

Walked teh Breast Cancer 5k in Bartow, Florida, today. It was a gorgeous day in central florida for a walk!

Well, we ran our ac lastnight for the 1st time this season. Looks like it will be a warm/possibly wet Sunday and spring break

Went for a walk this am, had a lgith jacket and long pants on, I am in Florida. Took jacket off 1/2 ways and when I got home took long pants off and put on shorts. Marvelous 1st day of the year, already warm

Went to my first Yoga class last night, pretty intense for Yoga. Of course I am old

Will be gone for the weekend; doing a woman's retreat.
