Hi Cat lady,
My insurance com would not approve me until I had gone on 6 month diet. They want to see that I have tried to loose weight at least 3 x and can follow diet. I ahd to see a nutritionist and a psychiatrist, too. But finally after 6 month diet, I was approved. It has been 5 weeks since my surgery on 10/30. It is another tool. Just know that the lapband is not a miracle worker. You need to make a commitment, too. You can do it, if you want to. Best wishes. Kll724

I can see that we are a lot alike. But, since I have a dairy"allergy", I now stay away from ice cream. I LOVE some chocolate pudding, tho'. I now have 5 1/2 cc. I can't tell if I have restriction, as I am on liquids for 4 days. Two days are clear, and 2 days full. I hope that I have restriction, as I actually gained at yesterdays appointment. As I said before, I wrestled with 2 lbs up/down for a month. So, I am going to watch real close, and stay away from puddings!
The 6 month diet was good, it starts a person on the right path.

another fine day of moving my daughter. I sure hopewe finish soon. Moving 1 block away ismore stressful than 1000 miles, because we are moving min-van at a time!

Busy afternoon, so today, I went into the pool before breakfast and felt wondeful. Usually I wait for hubby and use the pool in the afternoon.

cold outside today in Central Florida, is is about 40 degrees. Was rainy, winy and chilly lastnight. I guess its tread mill for me again today!

Day 2 of clear liuids after slight unfill yeterday! I can do thsi! 2 days of full and then regular menu from there. He wants me to try salad which I have stayed away from 'cause he says I was too tight!

Didn't get a walk in today! Swept the new house we bought after having the carpets removed. Its 4 beds/ 2 baths. themnn helped son clean teh bed of his pick-up that he just bought, 1989 GMC. Full of acorns, and dirt! I am pooped!.

Enjoyed myself with my grandaughter on her field trip today. Was outside from 9a-4p. Felt like I walked several miles, did not have a pedimeter tho'!

Field trip yesterday with 8 year old grand daughter. We went to amusement park. She doesn't ride "scarey" rides. So we walked alot! One tired grandma after 5 hours! Thank God for Saturdday!

Good morning! I am feeling fine. My computer crashed this weekend, but my loving husband worked all SAturday night and got it back up. Hurray, those viruses are bad this time aroudn! be careful what you dowload. Happy Monday!

Had a great 3 days with my sister and grand-niece. We went o Disneyworld yesterday becasue neither had been to Florida before. HAd agood time. We were all tired when we got home!
