  1. I was banded on Oct 27 and doing fairly well, having lost 26 pounds, and going for my 3rd fill on Monday. I am now at 4 cc's. Get hungry 2 hours after a meal. Still learning to eat correctly, (slow and thoroughly). I am on a cpap for sleep apnea and just had my pressure lowered from 14 to 12. Is it normal to swallow so much air at night while on lapband? I have so much abdominal gas that it is not funny. Also some during the day, so wonder if the lapband is any cause? I hope to ease off the cpap machine within another 20 or so pounds, but will see. Thanks in advance.
  2. I was also banded on Oct 27. First fill 4 weeks later, then another one at 6 weeks. total of 4 cc's and I go for a fill next Monday. I am still hungry, but eating less and have lost a total of 26 pounds since my pre-op diet started. Post op, I have lost about 16 pounds. I am still not in the green area! Feels good though, but I have had some fainting spellls when I eat too fast and don't chew right. When my stoma is blocked, its Mr. Dizzy.
  3. This happens to me if I eat too fast and don't chew well enough. I feel blocked, then get dizzy and once I did faint. Usually, I get very lightheaded and feel far away, all in a matter of seconds.
  4. I got steri-strips taping my incisions shut. told to let them fall off, which they just did. (my surgery was 2 weeks ago today!) I have lots of tape residue on my skin, though.
