Yeahhh! I feel like we have a new beginning. I also started crying before I went in. I told the nurse I didn't know why I was crying, and she said, because you've gone through a lot to get to this day, and now here it is. I had to agree with her. It was my first time under anesthesia, and boy is that stuff good for surgery. I remember being wheeled into the OR, and talking with the nurses...and then waking up in the recovery room. I arrived at the hospital at 9:00 am and was home by 6:30 pm. I'm a little crampy right now, but so glad surgery is over. The staff at the hospital was wonderful along with my surgeon. Ok, so your turn...DETAILS PLEASE!!!

Just wondering why I always toss my cookies right before I go to sleep?? Sorry, but you asked what was on my mind..LOL

Hi Janiece...how are you doing with the post op diet. I could be doing better. I definitely need to go to my support group this week. hope your having a better time than me.

Janiece I keep burping too! My girlfriend had the gastric bypass and is going to stop by and let me sample the vitamins she uses..I believe their called Optisource..she said they help to keep ur hair from falling out. Which vitamins are you using? Glad to hear your home and everything is okay!

My incinsions are healed with the exception of the largest one. It's closed but doesn't look like it's healed all the way...my stomach has been itchy all together...I was hoping it was a sign, that my stomach was shrinking..HAHAHAH

I have been feeling horrible. My band is too tight, and I can't wait to see the surgeon tomorrow. I have been vomitting consistently, having back pains, waking up at night choking, and a very tight chest...ok, I guess I can stop venting now ;(

Hi Janiece, Well, today is the big day! I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. I took only 2 days off from work, since the weekend is coming. I will return to work on Tues, but I will work from home. How about you? I'm praying for a speedy recovery for each of us. Chat soon and GOD Bless.

Hi! I never really gave much thought to YOUTUBE before. I am getting banded today, so please pray. I'll let you know how everything goes. If well, I just may post a video on Youtube. That is after I get a cam...LOL
