Hey there, got my first fill today and I am still adjusting to it. I have lost 22 pounds since the start of this. So hopefully it will start progressing a little more now.

Trust me, the whole pre-op diet is really hard. But today I am 3 days post-op and I am not hungry at all. I have to force myself to now eat (Drink) anything. So keep your head up and know that it is all worth it.

I am very excited and I am nervous. My tummy has butterfly's!!!!! Thank You !
