I say Fresh Start again because the first one start was when I was banded in May 2010 and I did really well at first. But I didnt do any exercise and I didnt feel full. So now I really need to use this band as a tool and lose some more weight . I have been tracking my meals online at the lapband journey site and tracking my workouts. So I have limited myself to no more than 1200 calories a day and at least an hour working out 4 days a week for now. You know it sounds so simple in my head but when it comes down to it, It is really hard to get motivated and i say want this so bad but then I fail to go excerise so I am so Bad that I let food control me I should control the food. Because to be honest with all of you I still get really hungrey after work and in between meals. But who knows I will beat OBESE one way or another.
