I've been heavy all my life and now my health is starting to show it. It is time for me to do something about it. I've lost before but only to gain it plus some back when I start adding food back in. I've been gathering information for the past year and have an appointment to discuss with a surgeon. I'm ready to make a life change to be healthier for myself and my family!
