Im irritated today! This is day 4 of my self inflicted, liquid diet. I gained 4 ounces. what the heck!

Check him out at www.westernbariatric.com. I tell everyone about him because I love him!!! I was banded April 09, and Ive lost around 115 pounds. Hey... I dont know how I came across your profile... but I just wanted to encourage you... The liquid diet sucks, there is no way around it... But its OHHHH so worth it... ive love 70 pounds in the last 6 months since I have been banded and its the best thing I never did for myself... you are going to do great! You are beautiful now, and you will be a knock out after And yes, be sure to take lots of pics becuase its soooo encouraging to look back on them as the months go by. Good luck!!!

My band is pretty snug these days so I am not sure how thanksgiving is gonna work for me either... I want to lose about 70 more... and I will Take care, and stay encouraged!

Hi 4X4... Thank you for your compliments! I never mind answering questions because I wish i had known about this site before I had my surgery because I felt so lost at times! I have had my band since April of this year, and I have lost 70 pounds. Today is actually my 6 month "bandiversary"... I would do it over and over and over... of course there have been some challenging days... but the results that I have seen have been worth every minute of being uncomfortable...Diets are never fun... but the lap band is such a great tool... I love it! Hope this helps... Let me know if you have any other questions... i love to be helpful if i can!
