3 Year Bandiversary and I am at goal!!! Woohoo

Wow! I haven't been on since December! Well, I am back on track and have started training this week to run a 5k! I need to get this last 40lbs off. I CAN DO THIS!!!

96 lbs down...have been stuck here for months...dr won't give me more fill...grrr...still have 30-40 lbs to go

I've lost a a total of 80 pounds now. I am over half way to my goal and feeling a lot better. I am so happy I got my band. I love my band!

Finally hit Onederland today! Feels great!

Finally getting settled in our new home

I have lost a total of 70 lbs now. I think I am at another plateau, but I am determined to keep pushing thru and making the right decisions. I can do this! 70 lbs to go!

Thanks for the compliment! I was banded in October 2009 and have lost 53 lbs so far.
