What will happen if the band slip? And how it can be fixed?

Any idea about lapband suregon Dr. Miguel Zapata? My friend has suggested me about Dr.Zapata. I have researched about him on th web and found that he is an experienced surgeon doing bariatric surgery for the last 10 years or so in CIMA Monterrey, Mexico.

There are many LAP-BAND clinics offering the procedure in both U.S and Mexico. The cost of LAP-BAND surgery has been decreasing in the United States over the past few years. The two main reasons are- the increased number of surgeons performing the operation and the competition from other foreign countries like Mexico and India. my problem is where will I do it?
