  1. I told myself I would burn my scale because I knew I would drive myself crazy! How is this possible that I have barely been eating (well drinking) my chicken broth and Ive only loss 2 pounds??? Im hoping thats gas or something because how can this be possible? I have lost more weight when I actually eat....Im trying not to be discouraged but I mean really, Is this normal?

    Hi Everyone!!
    My surgery is over!!! and it was a success. I had it MOnday and im doing better everyday. There is some soreness and pain when i inhale but other than that, Im ok! What are some things I need to look forward to as far as my diet?? I wanna be prepared! I have started fat free cream based soups. very slowly....But I have not really been hungry

    I am officially nervous!!!!
    I have 8 hours to my surgery and my tummy is knots! Not sure if its fear or nerves! I know I can do this new lifestyle! But I think thats part of fear along with the surgery!!! This is tough but I know with prayer I can get excited about the new Kellee!!!

    Hi Guys!
    This Presurgical diet has me sooo sick! I have experienced the worst headaches,nausea, and some vomitting! Im sure its because of the hunger and lack of carbs and other nutrients but geeeez how long does this last??? Will I have this feeling after surgery???? Please someone help!
  5. My surgery is the 19th! Monday I start the presurgical diet! ok, thats gonna be hard but im gonna work it out! I went to my nutrition class yesterday and she just really overwhemed me! with the protein shakes, and ounces of water! Maybe she was just talking reall fast because I left so scared and my head was spinning!! Please tell me is it really that hard?????? Im so scared now! Also does anyone know a good inexpenive protein shake?

    I have 2 weeks to go before my surgery! seems like it was just yesterday when i started the process of required 6 month appointments to get this process going! Ive 3 surgeries and I am soooooo nervous! I mean so excited to get started on this new adventure of weigh loss, but so nervous and afraid, worried if ill be able to make this lifetime change! I have tried soooo many diets and done great in the beginning but fallen right back into my old habits! Im just praying and remaining positive that I am going to do this!!!!! geeeez i have butterflies!! :biggrin:
