my SURGERY WAS THE 19TH OF OCT! SO FAR SO GOOD! 20lbs down so far!!! Hopefully much much more!!!!!! Have you had surgery yet???

Things are ok....still some pain but I returned to work today so Im getting used to things!Now I will be honest, this challenge is hard but after being overweight all my life, I had to make a change! Its only been a week and I have had to change my whole routine! Its so easy to pick up a snack and eat, but so hard to plan a healthy meal. You are doing the right thing doing your research! No matter what people tell you, this is not in anyway shape or form the easy way out! You can do it girl!!!
