Yea, its been forever! That is great to hear about you loss! I have lost 70lbs so far. It is difficult at times to break the stalls. My own fault! I have a new tool, my wife has just got on board with the weight loss idea, this makes it easier to persuade her not to bring in those nasty little treat! You should post pics, I bet you are smokin hot!! Lets see!!!!!!

Brad, i have been reading some of your post and have a few questions for you. I went to a site and got my BMR, it is 2390 cal, then I calculated my activity level which recommended I multiply my BMR by 1.5. This figure came out 3700 calories a day to maintain. If I go by your recommendation of a 750 deficit that would put me at 2995 cals a day. Is this correct? It seems like an awful lot of calories. Will you also please explain exactly how you cycle your calories? Do I do a week at 3700 then a week at 2995? And continue my work out routine the entire time? Also with my work out routine, i don't change it much I am doing the same exercises week in and week out. Should I cycle that as well? You are a wealth of knowledge my man. I hope to garner some good information from you, Waynooo

Depends on what day of the week it is as to how much I have lost. 49lbs since January. I have been walking more and doing some jogging, hoping to get it moving again. This last fill has brought me closer, I can feel the restriction in the AM and get stuck a bit hear and there. The next one should bring me even closer!

Hi Sue, The weight loss has stalled! No it hasnt stalled, it has just stopped! The fills arent coming fast enough thats for sure. I am staying positive cause i know in just a few short months i'll be puking and burping and choking on a tea spoon, I cant weight! <<< Yes that was a pun. How about you? Still friends with the scale?

Hey you, chin up girl. You sounded a little bummed in you post on the banded bunnies group. You and i know that this is the dreaded Bandster hell!! You'll get through it and next thing you know the weight will start shedding off. Be patient and positive.
:huggie: you did this for a good reason Nichole :huggie:

Going good sillysally! True Results has been great so far. I seen the most weight loss during the two weeks prior and the two weeks after the surgery. I am kinda of at a stand still right now. Just have to watch what is going in.

Man i'm telling you, it feels like there is nothing there! I can eat like before. It has been rough and i assume will get rougher for the next 2 weeks until I get a fill. As for my surgery, I still have pain around the big incision, not alot, but i still know its there. I felt for the first time a big lump in my gut just to the right of my big incision yesterday. That kinda scarred me, the nurse here at work says its probably just scarring on the muscle and should reduce over time. How goes the battle for you?

I am doing well. It was fun being there for the kids, and my wife sure loved coming home to dinner and a clean house. How is the looser bench treating you? I have pataued and can eat a ton of food! Trying not to gain any weight right now. Any who, let me know how the batle is going.

Doing well! My computer is giving me fits so I had to reinstall my operating system and things still arent right, ugghhh. I have healed nicely and am on my way to weight loss. The scale has become my arch enemy, we dont see eye to eye these days. I think it should be going down and it wants to stay and relax at 285. This is still good considering i started my journey in October at 325.
